How Bulk and Team Gift Orders Work: Names, Quantities, and Timelines
Ordering for five people is easy. Ordering for fifty takes a plan. Here's how team orders work from start to finish.

Ordering one gift is simple. Ordering for a whole team, a department, or a group of clients takes a little more planning. The good news is that it isn't hard once you know how it works. Here's the process.
Start with a count and a deadline
The first two things we need are how many pieces you want and when you need them. With those, we can tell you what's realistic and what the quote looks like. Bigger orders take longer, so the date matters more than people think.
What do I need to send for a team order?
A list of names spelled exactly how they should appear, the piece you want, and any logo or wording. A spreadsheet is the easiest way to send names. Have someone double-check the spelling before you send it, since that's the most common thing that goes wrong on big orders.
Names make it personal, and they make it slower
An order where everyone gets the same piece is quick. An order where each piece has a different name takes extra time, because each name needs to be checked and set up. It's worth it, since a gift with someone's name on it gets kept. Just plan for the extra time.
How do volume discounts work?
The setup for a design only has to be done once, so larger quantities of the same piece cost less per item. Ask for a volume quote when you know the number you need.
Can some pieces be personalized and others identical?
Yes. A common setup is the company logo on every piece, with names added to some. Tell us what you want and we'll build the quote around it.
How does shipping work?
Most team orders ship to one address, and the person in charge hands them out. If you need them to go to different addresses, tell us up front and we'll tell you what's possible.
When should I order for the holidays?
Earlier than you think. October and early November are the best times to place a holiday team order, before the rush begins. Waiting until December leaves less room for proofs, corrections, and shipping.
Tell us how many people and what date you're working toward, and we'll put together a quote.
