Engraved Wine and Bar Accessories Beyond the Whiskey Glass
Wine and bar gifts beyond the usual whiskey glass set, including bottle stoppers, decanters, and serving boards for wine drinkers and home bartenders.

We've written before about whiskey and barware, but wine drinkers deserve their own list. A lot of the same logic applies. You want something that gets used, not something that sits in a cabinet still wrapped in tissue paper a year later.
Bottle Stoppers
A wood bottle stopper is one of the simplest gifts we make, and one of the most used. It's small, it's affordable, and it does an actual job every time a bottle doesn't get finished in one sitting. Add a last name, a wedding date, or a short phrase and it goes from stocking stuffer to something someone actually keeps on the counter.
Serving and Charcuterie Boards
A wine night usually comes with cheese, crackers, or a charcuterie spread, and a personalized wood board covers both jobs. These work especially well as housewarming or wedding gifts, since they're something a couple can pull out anytime friends come over.
Wine Crates and Carriers
For someone who's serious about wine, a personalized wood crate or bottle carrier makes a strong gift. It's useful for storage, it looks good on a counter or shelf, and it's substantial enough to feel like a real gift instead of an afterthought.
Coasters, Again
We could write a whole separate post about coasters, and we basically have. They work just as well for a wine drinker as anyone else. A set with a last name or a simple monogram is an easy add-on to any of the gifts above.
What to Put On It
You don't need to overthink the wording. The gifts that get the best reaction usually keep it simple.
- A last name and "Est." with a wedding or move-in date
- "Wine Not?" or another short, low-effort phrase for a lighter gift
- A first name for a personal, single-owner gift
- A short favorite quote, if the person has one they actually say
If you're buying for a couple, a shared last name usually beats two first names. It reads cleaner and it ages better if the gift ends up staying in the family for years.
